August 19, 2025 – In an exclusive interview airing tonight, INSIDE EDITION speaks with Guy Dohm, a water taxi captain in the Virgin Islands who transported Jeffrey Epstein on several occasions to his private island, Little St. James — where the billionaire allegedly trafficked and sexually abused teenage girls. Dohm shares details of his personal encounters with Epstein, including one trip to the infamous island where he was accompanied by two teenage girls, whom Dohm initially believed to be his daughters. He later learned that Epstein did not have children.

“There was a time I took Jeffrey Epstein's party of four out here to the island. It's basically a woman about his age and a couple of girls that looked like they were 13, 14, maybe 15-years-old – sisters. I dropped them off, didn't think anything of it,” Dohm told INSIDE EDITION. “It dawned on me, if those aren't his kids, maybe those were victims…the longer I think about it, the more I realize I probably helped him commit a crime.”
