September 20, 2012 (Los Angeles, CA) --  ENTERTAINMENTTONIGHThas secured exclusive footage of Amanda Bynes in a disturbing altercation with a paparazzo. 

The struggle caught on tape began with Bynes walking down Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood, shielding her face when she realized she was being photographed.  The star can be heard complaining about her appearance, and reasoning with the paparazzo by attempting to flatter him into deleting the pictures, agreeing to pose for a new set. After she poses for new pictures, there is a struggle over the camera which ends with the photographer accusing Bynes of scratching him.

Bynes has become a paparazzi magnet ever since her car was impounded following a citation for driving on a suspended license which was suspended after a series of fender benders and accused hit and runs in addition to a DUI charge. 

Bynes has pleaded not guilty to her charges, and has publicly refuted her hit-and-run accusations and DUI charges.
