Ben Winston is a partner at his production company Fulwell 73, which he runs with four of his life-long friends.

He is a nine-time Emmy Award winner, and a 24-time nominee. He holds the record for an individual with the most nominations in any one year, when in 2019 he received eight nominations.

In March 2021, Winston executive produced THE 63RD ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS. Also, he is the director and executive producer of the highly anticipated “Friends: The Reunion” which will air on HBO Max on May 27, 2021.

Winston is a multi-faceted producer, director and writer with award-winning credits that span television, movies, music videos and commercials. He is the executive producer of the Emmy Award-winning THE LATE LATE SHOW WITH JAMES CORDEN. In addition, Winston is the co-creator and executive producer of the “Carpool Karaoke: The Series” for Apple TV+ and “Drop the Mic” for TBS, both inspired by popular sketches on THE LATE LATE SHOW. He is also the executive producer of “Game On!” on the Network, “The Thomas John Experience,” for Paramount+, and “Real Pigeons Fight Crime” for Nickelodeon.

Winston created and produced several music specials for artists including Bruno Mars (CBS), Harry Styles, Sam Smith (both Apple), Justin Bieber (ITV), Ben Platt and Shawn Mendes (both Netflix). Last Christmas he oversaw the hugely popular “The Kacey Musgrave Christmas Show” for Amazon Prime. Additionally, he oversaw “Global Citizen: Mandela 100” a 10 hour live broadcast show from South Africa, featuring Beyonce and Jay Z. He’s produced and directed record-breaking documentaries and movies for the mega-popular musical act One Direction, including “This Is Us” and “1D Day.”

Winston’s executive producing credits include four “BRIT Awards” ceremonies for ITV, two “Tony Awards” for CBS, the U.K. version of “The X Factor” and the recent 2020 Christmas special of the sitcom “Gavin and Stacey” for the BBC, which became the most watched scripted show since 2003 and won the BAFTA for TV Moment of the Year.

He has won an MTV Video Music Award, three Brit Awards for directing, three Producers’ Guild Awards, and four Critics’ Choice Awards. In 2018, Variety named him one of the Top 20 Unscripted Producers in the World.
