CBS Friday Night Midseason Premieres Return as #1, Up +9% from Last Originals

SHERIFF COUNTRY was Friday’s #1 program, delivering its most-watched episode ever with 5.30 million viewers, up +11% from its last original airing. CBS’ Friday night lineup of SHERIFF COUNTRY, FIRE COUNTRY and BOSTON BLUE returned with midseason premieres on Friday, Feb. 27, averaging 4.43 million total viewers – a +9% increase over the prior original Friday (4.08m on 12/19/25) – and outperforming the competition by topping second-place, NBC, by +79% (vs. 2.48m).
