R. Scott Gemmill has had an extensive career writing and producing several one-hour dramas, including “JAG” and “The Unit,” on the Network, “ER” and “Women’s Murder Club.”

Gemmill’s additional writing credits include HAWAII FIVE-0 for a special crossover with NCIS: LOS ANGELES, on the Network, “Friday’s Curse,” “Sweating Bullets” and “Side Effects.”

Gemmil was awarded Humanitas Prizes in the 60-minute category for episodes he wrote for “JAG” and “ER.” Alongside his fellow “ER” producers, he received two Emmy Award nominations for Best Drama Series.

Born in Ontario, Canada, Gemmill lives in Los Angeles with his wife.
