Prior to his role on NCIS: LOS ANGELES, Eric Christian Olsen starred in several feature films, including “Fired Up,” “The Last Kiss,” “Not Another Teen Movie,” “Local Boys,” “The Hot Chick” and “Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd.”

Olsen can be seen in the upcoming feature film “The Place of No Words” opposite Teresa Palmer, Sarah Wright Olsen and director-writer-star Mark Webber.

Last year, he co-starred in “Battle of the Sexes,” alongside Steve Carell and Emma Stone. The film chronicles the infamous tennis match face-off between Bobby Riggs and Billie Jean King and is directed by Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris.

His additional feature film credits include “Celeste and Jesse Forever,” “The Thing,” “The Back-up Plan,” “Death Valley,” “Pearl Harbor,” “Cellular,” “Beerfest,” “License To Wed,” “The Comebacks,” “Sunshine Cleaning” and “Eagle Eye.”

Olsen’s television credits include starring roles in “Get Real” and “The Loop,” as well as appearances in “Brothers & Sisters,” “ER,” “24” and “Community.”

As a writer and producer, Olsen founded and is CEO of the production company Cloud Nine Productions, which has a deal with CBS Television Studios. Cloud Nine develops film and television projects, with offices on the CBS Radford lot. The company is developing a docuseries with Teton Gravity Research and 48 HOURS’ senior executive producer, Susan Zirinsky, as well as producing a scripted comedy pilot for Hulu and Sony Television this summer, and a limited series for Eko. Cloud Nine has sold numerous scripted shows with producing partners including Jerry Bruckheimer, Frank Marshall, Alex Kurtzman, Will Gluck and Dan Jinks.

Olsen was born in Eugene, Ore. and raised in Iowa. He graduated from Pepperdine University in 2007. Currently, he lives in Los Angeles with his wife, actress Sarah Wright Olsen, and their two children. His birthday is May 31. He can be followed on Twitter and Instagram @EricCOlsen.
