CBS PREMIERE WEEK LEADS LIVE+7 MULTIPLATFORM VIEWERSHIP WITH TELEVISION’S #1 SHOW “TRACKER” AND FOUR OF THE TOP FIVE SERIES

Nielsen’s live+7-day multiplatform data for CBS premiere week (Oct. 13-19) is now in, and CBS primetime entertainment programs lead all networks in total viewership in the early part of the 2025-2026 broadcast season.

  • #1 Network: CBS primetime entertainment programs average 6.8 million viewers

  • #1 Series: TRACKER with 13.0 million viewers, up +17% vs. year-ago premiere

  • Two of Top Three New Series: #1 BOSTON BLUE and #3 SHERIFF COUNTRY

  • Seven Series with 8 Million or More Viewers: TRACKER, MATLOCK, 60 MINUTES, BOSTON BLUE, NCIS, GHOSTS, ELSBETH, GEORGIE & MANDY’S FIRST MARRIAGE

  • Four of the Top Five Series: TRACKER, MATLOCK, 60 MINUTES, BOSTON BLUE

  • Six of the Top 10 Series, including NCIS and GHOSTS

  • 10 of the Top 20 Series, twice as many top 20 shows as the competition: including ELSBETH, GEORGIE AND MANDY’S FIRST MARRIAGE, SHERIFF COUNTRY, FBI and SURVIVOR

Series Premiere Highlights:

  • DMV averaged 6.60 million viewers, up +46% vs. POPPA’S HOUSE season average

  • SHERIFF COUNTRY averaged 7.73 million viewers, up +35% vs. S.W.A.T. season average

  • BOSTON BLUE reached 8.86 million viewers, up +6% vs. BLUE BLOODS season average
