New York, NY – June 25, 2026 – Today, BET announced a four-part series, “Behind the Image: BET Awards Edition”, featuring Druski, Keke Palmer and T.I. Hosted by beloved TV personality Terrence J, the intimate conversation series brings together artists, innovators, and cultural leaders to reflect on purpose, legacy, creativity, and impact – and includes a special performance from Fetty Wap, marking this first solo TV performance since released. Premiering ahead of this year's BET Awards, each 30-minute episode will air on BET starting at 5:30 PM ET/PT on Sunday, June 28th.
BET Awards 2026 host, award-winning comedian and nominee Druski discusses the power of celebrating Black excellence and an exclusive look behind the making of television's biggest night while reflecting on his remarkable rise from viral sensation to comedy powerhouse.
Emmy Award-winning actress, producer, musical artist, host, founder, entrepreneur, and double nominee Keke Palmer speaks on longevity, evolution, and expansion; building a career on her own terms; and her unwavering commitment to shaping culture and helping move it forward.
Grammy Award-winning rapper, producer, and cultural icon T.I. joins Terrence J to discuss his next chapter, exploring music, comedy, entrepreneurship, and the evolution of a career that continues to redefine success.
Throughout June, NPR's Tiny Desk partnered with BET to celebrate Black Music Month, spotlighting the artists and sounds that define the culture. Now, in a first for the series, Tiny Desk goes to broadcast — with Bow Wow's set carrying us into Culture's Biggest Night, live at 7:30 PM ET/PT.
Ahead of the live show, the 2026 BET Awards “Red Carpet Live!” Presented by Hyundai and McDonald’s returns with hosts Bow Wow & Rocsi Diaz on the main stage, Loren Lorosa on the Style Stage presented by Mielle, Jason Lee, whose series “The Jason Lee Show” joined BET earlier this year, on the digital stage, and Tierra Marsh and Brian McIntosh hosting the Social Stage. The live coverage begins at 5:30 PM ET / 2:30 PM PT on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch, and welcomes the biggest stars in music, entertainment, and sports as they arrive for Culture’s Biggest Night.
“Red Carpet Live!” will also feature a performance by R&B icon, writer and dancer, Omarion, and will reveal the winners of the following awards: Sportswoman of the Year, Sportsman of the Year, The Pulse Award and the Young Stars Award.
Culture’s Biggest Night, the “BET Awards” 2026 will air LIVE on BET on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at 8 PM ET/PT from the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles, simulcasting across Paramount on BET, BET Her, Comedy Central, MTV, MTV2, Pop, TV Land, Nickelodeon, and VH1.
